People always say the website you link with has to be related. Lets say you have a site about depression. You link to Ezinearticle since it is a good method to get traffic. But ezine is a site about articles not depression?
Or another example. Again, you have a site about depression. Should you link to an article about depression but the articles website’s niche is not about depression but it just shows an article about depression?
do you know what I mean?
It’s all actually quite logical.
It’s not a matter of putting a name tag on an entire site. It’s a matter of context.
If your site deals about depression and you link to an article on depression, it’s very relevant.
On the contrary, if you write an article about cats and you pitch in links with keywords about motors and nuclear science, these will have very poor value, if not negative.
If you stick to common sense, you’ll be fine.
